January 5, 2015 (El Cajon)--Milholland Solar and Electric, the premier solar installation and electrical contractor in Southern California, celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.
In 1990, founder Brian Milholland set out with a vision to provide the highest quality, safest and most cost effective electrical contracting solutions for Southern California residential and commercial customers. Over the course of the last 25 years, Milholland Solar and Electric has made that vision a reality and is presently one of San Diego’s most trusted solar energy and electrical contractors.
Over the past few years, the company has experienced exponential growth correlating with the increasing popularity of solar energy. In 2012, Milholland was a finalist of the Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics, and ranked on the list of Top 100 Residential Solar Contractors in 2014.
Due to this growth, Milholland has recently located to a larger facility in El Cajon. Milholland Solar and Electric has installed solar energy systems in thousands of San Diego resident’s homes, helping them to become cost effective and energy efficient.
Milholland’s founder is proud to have played a role in making California a green state. When asked about the company’s evolution, Brian Milholland stated, “Twenty five years ago I saw the need for a reasonably priced respectable electrical company in the San Diego Community and six years ago I saw the need to add solar electric to the list of services we offer.
