MOTORCYCLIST IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER EL CAJON CRASH

November 3, 2018 (El Cajon) – A 55-year-old rider on a Harley Davidson was traveling with a group of motorcyclists this morning in the 900 block of East Main Street in El Cajon when according to witnesses, he began passing vehicles in the inside left turn lane.  When the lane ended, the rider struck a raised center median and was ejected on the roadway, suffering severe head injuries.

He was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital, where he remains in critical condition. “It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the collision,” says Lt. Steve Kirk with El Cajon Police.
