NEW LOCAL BAKERY GRAND OPENING AND RIBBON CUTTING

September 25, 2012 (Poway) -- The sign is up and Nutmeg Bakery and Café is officially open for business! Following a successful soft opening, Nutmeg Bakery and Café held their grand opening and ribbon cutting Thursday, September 20, 2012 and the Poway Chamber of Commerce was there to show its support for the new local business in Poway. Members from the Chamber attended the lunchtime ribbon cutting ceremony and congratulated owner, Shirin Soroushian and chef, Drew Hoffos.

Nutmeg Bakery and Café is a local artisan bakery that specializes in using sustainable and organic ingredients in all of their menu items. Their menu includes breakfast and lunch items that range from buttermilk waffles to salads, paninis and sandwiches. Locals are encouraged to try out their hot and cold drink selections, and wide range of espresso coffee drinks as well.

Nutmeg Bakery and Café is located on 12640 Sabre Springs Parkway Suite 107 San Diego, CA 92128, and open Monday-Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm.
