NEW OFF-RAMP FROM HIGHWAY 67 TO PROSPECT OPENS FRIDAY

January 13, 2011 (San Diego’s East County) --The new, permanent northbound State Route 67 (SR-67) off-ramp to Prospect Avenue is scheduled to open Friday at 5 a.m., according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

Tonight at 8:00 p.m., construction crews will close the northbound Brady Avenue and Broadway on-ramps to the highway along with the temporary northbound off-ramp at Prospect Avenue. An hour later all northbound lanes of the highway will close between Prospect and Woodside avenues. The highway and on-ramps at Brady Avenue and Broadway will open Friday morning at 5 a.m.

The temporary northbound off-ramp at Prospect will no longer be available for motorists.
