January 4, 2019 (Santee) -- Move-in excitement is in the air as families and homebuyers are receiving keys and unpacking boxes in all four of Pardee Homes’ upscale Weston communities in Santee: Lake Ridge, Sandstone, Talus and Prism.  The new, state-of-the-art homes also have access to natural open spaces and outdoor activities.

“We are thrilled to see how Weston has won the hearts of homebuyers across the San Diego region,” said Jimmy Ayala, division president of Pardee Homes San Diego. “With contemporary neighborhoods that offer the latest energy-saving technology and spacious floor plans, we are pleased to see that homebuyers are finding Weston the perfect place to call home.”

Homes are still available in each of the four neighborhoods and are selling quickly following each phased release. Below are descriptions provided by Pardee:

Priced from the high $700,000s, Lake Ridge’s impressive designs and stunning views of the great outdoors are combined with contemporary Spanish-style homes in four open floorplans. Buyers can choose between 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, large 2-bay garages and a variety of additional options to personalize each home. Homes at Lake Ridge are designed to harmonize with the natural beauty of the landscape and range between 2,396 and 3,750 square feet. Lake Ridge, is also the only neighborhood at Weston that offers their most popular single-story plan.

Sandstone, by Pardee Homes, and Talus and Prism, by TRI Pointe Homes, set a high bar for modern living with fresh, contemporary designs that are in tune with nature. Starting from the high $500,000s, Prism offers 3-5 bedroom farmhouse and contemporary-inspired homes ranging between 1,789 and 2,148 square feet. From the low $700,00s, Talus homes are designed with modern Spanish architecture, ranging from 2,522-2,895 square feet and offer 4-5 bedroom options. Sandstone is priced starting in the high $600,000s and offers stunning floorplans ranging from 2,311-2,599 square feet consisting of 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths and a suite of customizable features to personalize each home.

All Weston neighborhoods, Lake Ridge, Sandstone, Prism and Talus, offer signature LivingSmart® options and roof-mounted solar panels as part of the company’s mission to conserve energy and become a leading model of the Building Energy Efficiency Standards.

When completed, Weston’s 204-acre master-planned community will include 95 acres of open space, a recreation center, five acres of public and pocket parks and a 2-mile trail leading to Mission Trails Regional Park. In all, the perfect habitat for outdoor enthusiasts and design aficionados. Current and future homeowners will also be able to enjoy amenities including a private 2,700 square foot recreation center known as the Boulder Ridge Swim Club, prominent schools and a future 5-acre park, the gateway to East County’s striking Mission Trails Regional Park.
