PHOTOS OF THE WEEK: A TRIO OF BEAUTIFUL BIRDS

March 14, 2015 (Granite Hills) – Tim Hall sent in these beautiful bird images, including a Red-Tail Hawk nesting in a eucalyptus tree near his home in Granite Hills, an American Kestrel (also known as a Sparrow Hawk) and a Goldfinch.

What’s also remarkable about these professional-caliber images is the dedication and keen eye of the photographer, who writes, “It is a little hard for me to take photos, as I am a quad in a wheelchair.”
