PIANIST YUKO MARUYAMA PERFORMS FEB. 10 AT MISSION TRAILS CHURCH

January 14, 2019 (San Diego) - Yuko Maruyama, pianist-composer-arranger, will perform jazz compositions from her CD albums as well as her uniquely modern interpretations of favorite American classics from the 1940’s Big Band era with the Mercantile Alley Band – piano, bass drums, accordion, percussion, vocals. This free concert will be held on February 10 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Mission Trails Church, 4880 Zion Avenue.

A graduate of USC with a Master’s degree in Jazz Studies, Yuko has toured the U.S. as a Kawai Pianos performing and recording artist.   Yuko teaches classical and jazz piano and is an active member of the Music Teachers’ Association of California, San Diego Branch.
