September 16, 2016 (Pine Valley) – You’re invited to saddle up for the Pine Valley Mountain Riders Poker and Obstacle Ride Extravaganza on September 24th at the Windfall Ranch (21800 Japatul Valley Road) in Alpine. Spectators are also welcome.
Participants will ride out from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. to compete for cash prizes ($150 first place, $100 second place and $50 third place) and a special raffle drawing for completing the obstacle course.
There will also be a silent auction, prize drawings, vendors, food and family fun.
There is a $20 pre-registration fee for participants or $25 day of event, plus $10 for additional poker hands.
Directions: I-8 to Exit 40 Descanso/ Japatul Valley Rd. Turn south down Japatul Valley Rd. Go approx. 4.5 miles. Windfall Ranch is on your left. All riders under 18 must wear helmets (not provided).
