RAIN FORECAST FOR WEEKEND

November 21, 2013 (San Diego’s East County) – Chilly temperatures and rain are forecast today through Saturday across our region, with thunderstorms also possible in mountain and desert areas.   Above 5,000 feet, five to nine inches of snow are expected.  Motorists should also watch for gusty winds, particularly on ridge tops.
