November 6, 2014 (San Diego County) - Help brighten the holidays for a sick child at Rady Children's Hospital.  The San Diego County Sheriff's Department and Probation Department are co-hosting this year's San Diego Regional Law Enforcement Teddy Bear Drive. The public is invited to join in on Tuesday, Nov. 18 from 5-7 p.m. at Chick-fil-A Sports Arena, 3570 Sports Arena Boulevard.

Bring a NEW, huggable teddy bear or stuffed animal (with tags attached) to Chick-fil-A Sports Arena and receive a FREE Chick-fil-A meal. All teddy bear donations will be delivered to young patients in December. The family-friendly event will feature plenty of fun things to see and do. Meet members of the Sheriff's specialized units. The Sheriff's Sky Watch tower will be on display, as well as other Sheriff's vehicles.

If you can't make it to Chick-fil-A on November 18th, you can drop off a new teddy bear or stuffed animal to any Sheriff's Station, Substation or County Courthouse from Wednesday, November 12th to Monday, December 8th. For locations, visit http://goo.gl/gPXul and http://goo.gl/y035S.
