SANTEE COUNCIL WEIGHS CHANGES TO SPEED LIMITS

October 9, 2012 (Santee)--Santee's City Council will consider changing speed limits at its meeting on Wednesday, October 10 at 7 p.m. at Santee's City Hall, 10601 North Magnolia Avenue in Santee.

Specifically, Council will weigh whether to reduce the speed limit from 45 to 40 on Magnolia Avenue between Mission Gorge Road and the city limit, as well as whether to raise the limit from 35 to 40 on Woodside Avenue north between the SR-67 off-ramp and the city limit. In addition, raising the limit from 25 to 30 on Olive Lane bewteen Mission Gorge Road and Prospect will be considered.
