Performances also slated in Vista and Mira Mesa

March 3, 2010 (El Cajon) – Children and the young at heart savored thrills and chills at Circus Vargas, now showing in a big top tent pitched in the parking lot at Parkway Plaza. Prior to the main show, the ringmaster invited all kids into the center ring for lessons in juggling, feather balancing and other circus tricks.

This year’s show features some new acts, such as the Zindunu Brothers from Kenya pictured here. Families also lined up at intermission to pose for photos with a giant snake.  Other highlights include the world's youngest motorcycle daredevil riding in the "cage of death", an international award-winning family trapeze troupe, and a clown who pulled audience members into the ring to become part of the show.

Excitement Builds for Upcoming Circus

Anytime the circus is in town there is cause for excitement, I remember my first circus experience, Wringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey in New York City, called the Greatest Show on Earth, I'm sure the Circus Vargas will not fail to impress.
