May 15, 2014 (El Cajon)—El Cajon Police have arrested Virgil Dion Richmond, 25, who is charged with the stabbing murder of his mother, Diane Mosley, 59.
Mosely’s body was found inside her residence in the 800 block of Friendly Circle after officers responded to a 911 call of a possible stabbing.
During the investigation, Richmond was identified as a suspect, though his motive is unclear at this time, said Lieutenant Frank LaHaye.
