September 30, 2018 (Lakeside) — A man suffered serious wounds in a stabbing Saturday on the Barona reservation, though they are not considered life-threatening, says Sgt. John Delocht with the Sheriff’s department.
Deputies from the Lakeside substation responded to a call at 3:08 p.m. and found the victim in the 2000 block of Akuunyaa Way. He was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital.
Detectives are trying to identify a suspect and motive for the stabbing.
