A slight chance of severe weather including hail, waterspouts and tornadoes also exists through tomorrow night.
A flash flood watch is in effect for most of southern California, including San Diego County mountains, valleys, and coastal areas. Mud slides and debris flows are possible particularly in recently burned areas.
