May 24, 2012 (La Mesa) – East County Magazine extends our heart-felt thanks to the San Pasqual Winery, A Class Act Night Entertainment, Terra American Bistro and our generous readers for making our “Class Act Night in La Mesa” a rousing success!
Guests at our sold-out event savored some wonderfully locally-made vintage wines, delicious food and delightfully upscale entertainment by John Nettles and the talented musicians at A Class Act.
Many visitors went home with some wonderful prizes as well, thanks to our many generous prize sponsors including Viejas, Camp Oliver, Bradford Bruce with the San Diego International Wine Competition, Antiques in the Village, David Richards Silversmith, and the Julian Wild & Scenic Film Festival.
Our guests included vineyard consultant Greg Maness and members of the newly formed Mt. Helix Winegrowing Association, communi ty leaders, members of the local arts and literary community, and many of our wonderful readers.
Thanks to all for turning out to support nonprofit community journalism!
