TOP DOGS WANTED: NOVELTY DOG SHOW JUNE 6 IN ALPINE

May 16, 2010 (Alpine) - Attention all dog lovers! The Alpine Stagecoach Lions Club presents the 6th Annual Novelty Dog Show at10:00am, Saturday, June 6th, 2010 at the Viejas Outlet Center , 5005 Willows Road in Alpine.
 

Canines of all shapes and sizes will be given a howling reception as they compete for the illustrious “Top Dog” title. Dog devotees can watch canines judged in classes such as “Least Trained Dog” and “Waggiest Tail.” First place class winners compete for prize money of $50.00 and “Top Dog” title.

 

Admission is free for spectators. Dog show entry fees are $6 per class or $20 for 4 classes. Ribbons & gifts awarded to first, second and third place in each class. The show is sponsored by the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians.

 

“You never know - your dog could win top prize,” says Alisa Keener an avid dog lover and volunteer. She adds, “At the same time you’ll be having fun and helping to raise money for a worthy cause.”
