Arrests

Excellent ! Thank you ECPD for arresting these criminals. Nice to know the camera system is performing well too. I'd like to see a crackdown on the homeless people camping along Main Street on the sidewalks, grass areas, parks, business doorways, particularly in the downtown area. They're growing in numbers, with obvious signs of being under the influence. Worse yet, many have Pit Bull type breed dogs that show signs of aggression. In fact, some have 2 of them. It's just a matter of time before an innocent civilian walking along gets bitten, or severely injured by one of these animals that are frequently off leash or not retrained.
