November 23, 2011 –Viejas Casino & Outlets has launched a Holiday Toy Drive to support the local Salvation Army. Through November 26, Viejas Casino guests who bring in a new, unwrapped toy will receive $5 Free Play Cash.
Viejas Casino General Manager Chris Kelley said, “We’ve supported the local Salvation Army for years and share their commitment to improving the lives of those in need throughout our community. This year we are taking our efforts to a new level, by offering Free Play Cash for guests who bring in a new, unwrapped toy. In addition, Viejas Casino Team Members are launching a company-wide Holiday Toy Drive of their own, with a goal of raising at least 1,000 toys for the Salvation Army.”
At the Viejas Outlet Center during November, shoppers who bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Viejas Ice Rink will receive $3 off skating, and shoppers who bring a new, unwrapped toy to Viejas Bowl will receive 2-for-1 bowling.
And, to add to the excitement, Viejas Casino will host a Celebrity Slot Tournament at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 28. Gretchen Rossi of the hit reality series Real Housewives of Orange County will be joined by 11 other local celebrities during a fast-paced Slot Tournament, with 100% of the winnings going to the local Salvation Army.
