December 15, 2016 (San Diego) - San Diego State Women’s Water Polo released its 2017 schedule on Thursday, which will commence with the annual alumni game on Saturday, Jan. 21, at Aztec Aquaplex.

The Aztecs immediately take to the road to compete at the ASU Tournament in Tempe, Arizona, where they will face-off against both Arizona State and Wagner on Jan. 28. The team will then make its way to Los Angeles for a game against the defending NCAA champions, USC, on Feb. 3.

Midfielder Pablo Pelaez was a first-team selection; forward Travis Nicklaw and defender Kyle Adams earned second-team honors, while goalkeeper Adam Allmaras and defender Matt Callahan received third-team recognition.

December 2, 2016 (San Diego) - San Diego State captured first-place honors in all 14 events Friday afternoon as it swam to a 133-114 win over visiting Pepperdine at the Aztec Aquaplex. No diving was contested during the meet that saw seven SDSU athletes finish first in at least one of the 12 individual races and four others contribute to first-place finishes in the two relays.
