August 15, 2019 (San Diego’s East County) – From August 28 through August 31st, the San Diego Blood Bank will host four blood drives in East County. Below are details:
LA MESA ROTARY
HOSTS BLOOD DRIVE WITH SAN DIEGO BLOOD BANK
WHAT: La Mesa Rotary on is hosting a blood drive in partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank.
WHEN: Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. ‑ 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: La Mesa Community Center, La Mesa, 91942 – Conference Room
NOTES: Anyone 17 and older, who weighs at least 114 pounds and is in good health may be eligible to donate blood. A good meal and plenty of fluids are recommended prior to donation. All donors must show picture identification. Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment to donate, but walk-ins are welcome.

CRUNCH FITNESS ‑ LAKESIDE
HOSTS BLOOD DRIVE WITH SAN DIEGO BLOOD BANK
WHAT: Crunch Fitness in Lakeside on is hosting a blood drive in partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank.
WHEN: Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. ‑ 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: 9720 Winter Gardens Blvd, Lakeside, 92040 – parking lot.
NOTES: Anyone 17 and older, who weighs at least 114 pounds and is in good health may be eligible to donate blood. A good meal and plenty of fluids are recommended prior to donation. All donors must show picture identification. Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment to donate, but walk-ins are welcome.

NOTES: Anyone 17 and older, who weighs at least 114 pounds and is in good health may be eligible to donate blood. A good meal and plenty of fluids are recommended prior to donation. WHAT: Souplantation in La Mesa on is hosting a blood drive in partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank.
WHEN: Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. ‑ 4:30 p.m.
WHERE: 9158 Fletcher Pkwy, La Mesa, 91942 – parking lot. All donors awarded a $10 Souplantation gift card.
NOTES: Anyone 17 and older, who weighs at least 114 pounds and is in good health may be eligible to donate blood. A good meal and plenty of fluids are recommended prior to donation.
