Traffic enforcement

People's behavior has steadily become off kilter for many years. Disobeying laws has become normal. Speeding, tailgating, misuse of horns, running red lights, failure to yield for other drivers and pedestrians, cellphone use, double parking, DUI, illegally modified loud exhaust systems, extreme car stereo bass that is often heard from a mile or more away (the law is no more than 50 feet). Add all these together and more with a lack of law enforcement and society continues it's breakdown...People have sure changed negatively over the decades.

Perhaps she got a phone call.

Safe driving is somehow become a lost art. Speed limits are not enforced, for one thing, even in cities.
