February 1, 2015 (Alpine)--Things were rocking and rolling in Alpine early this morning.

A landslide sent a large boulder smashing into the back of Alpine Rentals on Alpine Boulevard, also severing a gas line.

Though the building sustained significant damage, fortunately there were no injuries, 10 News reports, since the business was closed at the time the rockslide occurred.

Boluder Removal

What a tragedy for Alpine Rentals. It looks like the area is difficult to access and the rock needs to be broken into smaller pieces. With explosives.
