April 20, 2018 (Washington D.C.) – The Democratic National Committee has filed a lawsuit against the Trump campaign, Russia, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and associates of President Donald Trump. The suit alleges racketeering, computer hacking, fraud and conspiracy to win the 2016 presidential election and harm Democrats.

The suit provides evidence of how the Trumps allegedly used their family business to curry favor with Russians as well as how Russia allegedly shared findings of a cyber-attack on Democratic National Committee headquarters with the Trump campaign. The evidence includes numerous written communications between Trump advisors and Russians, the Washington Post reports.

The suit, filed on Friday in a New York federal court, also names Trump advisors who participated in a June 2016 meeting at Trump tower with  Russians, including former Trump campaign chairman Paul. Manafort, campaign advisor George Papadopoulous and Trump advisor Roger Stone, among others. Manafort has been indicted on multiple counts including conspiracy against the U.S., money laundering, and failing to register as a foreign agent. He could face life in prison if convicted.

Last year, a declassified U.S. Intelligence report concluded that Russian president Vladimir Putin directly ordered an influence campaign to discredit Hilary Clinton, the Democratic nominee, and help put Trump in the White House, CNN reported.  Papadopoulous has pled guilty to charges that he made false statements to the FBI about his communications with Russians.

Trump has repeatedly insisted there was “no collusion” between his campaign and Russia.

The legal action comes amid Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation into Trump-Russia ties.

Sacrifice the comfort of your silence to speak up!

The Trolls disappear into oblivion when facts prove them incorrect and they put zero skin in the game. There’s no courage or values in that. They’re not even there. Why aren’t they brave enough to go on the record? What motivates such character? Low self-esteem?

Indeed

Taking Chomsky out of Context. He was referring to how we mess with Russian elections. On that I agree as do many others. On this point we are the Pot calling the Kettle Black but this current President’s level of collusion has been taken to task for what may be his enriching himself and those around him in ways that our Country has boundaries on. Your perfectly able to disagree, complain, hold your breath until you pass out, and share uncivil discourse, but this is where we are.

Dead wrong

This is not where we are in this country as a majority, its where you and your ever-shrinking numbers are. The majority of the country has concluded what the rest of us have known all along, that the Special Counsel investigation is a sham and politically motivated. Read the news, Gene. SENATE PANEL: RUSSIA FAVORED TRUMP IN 2016 ELECTION

The Senate Intelligence Committee has determined the U.S. intelligence community was correct in assessing Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the aim of helping then-candidate Donald Trump, contradicting findings House Republicans reached last month.
“We see no reason to dispute the [intelligence community’s] conclusions,” the committee’s chairman, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), said Wednesday in a joint statement with its vice chair, Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-Va.), who added: “Our staff concluded that the ... conclusions were accurate and on point. The Russian effort was extensive, sophisticated, and ordered by President Putin himself for the purpose of helping Donald Trump and hurting Hillary Clinton.” .

Prepare to be...mindblown

Are you sitting down? Okay, here it comes.........The Russian's interfere in EVERY election, as does China, the US, Great Britain and every other major country on the planet. Good grief, Captain Obvious.

Russia did this in coordination with the Trump campaign,

more and more of the evidence seems to show.  That's far beyond efforts by Russia alone, which are deeply troubling even if independent. We should never just shrug our shoulders and say it's okay to let foreign powers rig our elections or try to do so.

Anyone who thinks it's okay for Russians to steal a U.S. election, partiuclarly if complicit with a sitting president, is just plain unAmerican in my book.  Every red-blooded American should be disturbed and outraged at these revelations, no matter what your party may be.  The trolls are all over the Internet trying to make Americans believe now that this is not important, that everybody does it, etc. and that is not true.  As far as we know, no other country has ever succeeded in affecting the outcome of an American election and Russia did so through a variety of means. They hacked into several states voting systems and meddled with election data.  They posted fake propoganda to divide Americans, and other propoganda to directly support Trump and harm the Clinton campaign. They hacked into and stole emails from Clinton's campaign and the DNC.  That's an electronic version of the WAtergate breakin on DNC headquarters in the '70s.  Russia further held meetings with high-level members of Trump's staff, proposed to deliver damaging info to them on Clinton, and arranged to have Russian oligarchs essentially bribe Trump in a variety of ways. Since the election he is doing Putin's bidding and that is the most alarming thing of all -- he knows who he owes his election to, and he is doing everything Russia wants, including some things that are clearly not in the best interest of the U.S.  This isn't about what candidate any of us liked or voted for. It's about preserving our democracy from foreign powers.

Yawn....

Just a few points:
  1. You’re wrong.
  2. 12 Months, still no proof.
  3. You’re wrong.
  4. Innocent until proven guilty.
  5. You’re wrong.
  6. If Hillary had won, you wouldn’t give a crap about Russian interference.
  7. You’re a hypocrite.
  8. You blew it, your team picked the only candidate that could lose to Trump.
  9. You’re still wrong.
  10. The real TROLLS are you and the two staffers who make up 100% of your fanbase.

Get your popcorn ready for Discovery!

DNC stole the money for HRC, through NGP Van (DWS+Imran Awan) & ActBlue/ActBlues scheme, Seth Rich dropped files through Kim.com (mega upload) then onto WikiLeaks. Russian hack is another scheme, already proven fake by the forensicator & William Binney (https://theintercept.com/2017/11/07/dnc-hack-trump-cia-director-william-binney-nsa/). Then there's CrowdStrike (see Snowden & Volt 7 changing IP addresses). AND weaponizing FBI, DOJ, NSA, SOS, DNI, (tarmac meetings, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Strozk, Page, Ohr, plants like Carter Page, Papadopolous............

History doesn’t repeat?

Seems like I remember when the “Tricky One”, who left in disgrace in 1974, his Party paid $750,000 to another Party after being sued. That’s worth $4,000,000.00 in today’s dollars.

TRUMP STILL STICKING TO HIS TIRED STORY

Despite the ever growing evidence, Trump continues to deny everything which involves him, his family, and many other key people. It's just short of amazing how he perceives himself as innocent, even when viewed in a negative way by the general public. FAKE NEWS! will be his epitaph.
