DRIVE-BY SHOOTING IN CHOLLAS VIEW

April 23, 2012 (San Diego) – On April 21 at 1:00 a.m. a 34 year old male was sitting in his vehicle in the 800 block of 48^th street when a dark SUV pulled up beside him and fired several rounds at his vehicle.  The vehicle was struck several times but the victim was not injured.

The suspect vehicle was last seen southbound on 48^th street.  There are no further details on the suspected driver.  The Southeast Division of San Diego Police is investigating.
