June 20, 2017 (Chicago) - The Cubs pulled a surprise move on the Padres last night, coming from behind to get the 3-2 win in game one.  Tonight, the Padres tried again with Jhoulys Chacin on the mound against Mike Montgomery for the Cubbies.

The Cubs continued from where they left off last night.  Anthony Rizzo hit a solo homer in the first to give Chicago a 1-0 lead.

Addison Russell added more in the fourth with a single that scored USD alum Kris Bryant to make the score 2-0.

Ian Happ added one more for good measure in the eighth with a solo home run.  Albert Almore Jr. doubled to score Javy Baez and the Cubs took game two and the series with a 4-0 win.

Stream the series finale at work tomorrow because it’s at 11:20 a.m.  Miguel Diaz starts against Eddie Butler for Chicago.
