June 22, 2023 (San Francisco) - The Padres were about to get swept unless they did something about it.  Blake Snell started against Alex Wood for the Giants.

Gary Sanchez kicked things off in the first after a rocky start from Wood with a three-run blast to left and the Padres led 3-0 after one.

Manny Machado blasted another three-run homer in the third, Ha-Seong Kim homered in the fourth, Jake Croneworth singled in the fifth to score Machado and Nelson Cruz hit a two-RBI double and the Padres led 10-0 after five.
