June 17, 2023 (San Diego) - The league-leading Rays took game one from the Padres last night. The Padres tried again tonight against Zac Eflin for Tampa against Blake Snell.
The Padres took charge tonight. Juan Soto hit a sac fly that scored Ha-Seong Kim in the fifth and Trent Grisham scored on an error and the Friars coasted to an easy 2-0 win to even the series.
