February 11, 2018 (El Cajon) — A man in a vehicle parked outside the Home Goods store at Parkway Plaza shopping mall in El Cajon exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl on Tuesday, the girl’s mother told ECM news partner 10 News.

Alexis Napier says the man put his legs on the dashboard and spread them apart while looking at her daughter nearby. He was wearing only sheer black nylons and a red T-shirt. Then he got out of the car and began “doing stretches, thrusting his hips forward, bending over and walking around,” she says, adding that her daughter saw the man’s genitals.

The teenager was waiting in a car for her mother, who was in the store. At one point she put up a blanket to block the unwanted view. When her mother came out of the store, the man left in his vehicle.

The mother called 911 and followed the flasher long enough to get a license plate.

Posts on the Mt. Helix Next Door forum indicate the flasher is a white man in his 30s or 40s, driving a burgundy Ford Edge with Mickey Mouse stickers on it.

Anyone with information on this incident should contact the El Cajon Police Department.
