FREE FITNESS BOOT CAMP MAY 14 IN LA MESA

Get Ready to Kick-off Summer with a fitness Boot Camp for all levels and instruction provided by Fit-X San Diego. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, just beginning a fitness routine, or merely thinking about increasing your physical activity this workshop is a “no risk” opportunity to learn what the Boot Camp craze is all about. Instructors will identify exercises for all fitness levels. Wear appropriate workout clothing, sports shoes, and bring a towel.  Not sure but curious? Join in the observer section – but dress appropriately and bring a towel anyway – you might catch Boot Camp fever!

This FREE workshop begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 14 in the La Mesa Community Center, 4975 Memorial Drive. Pre-registration is encouraged by May 11. Walk-ins are welcome on a space available basis and space is limited to the first 100 people. There is no cost to register or attend this workshop.

The Boot Camp is part of the City of La Mesa's Live Well initiative. It is the third in a series of FREE healthy community workshops made possible with funding from Kaiser Permanente®. Each workshop covers a different fitness or wellness topic. Additional workshops will occur on the following dates beginning at 6:00 pm: July 16, September 10, and November 12.
