April 30, 2023 (San Diego) - Would you know how to respond if your child stopped breathing? What if someone you love had a heart attack? Save-A-Heart in Alpine invites you to host a "CPR party" this summer. As a thank-you, you will receive a free CPR certification.
Classes must have a minimum of six adults and can be as high as 32 participants. The classes are one to one and a half hour and cover:
- adult/child/infant CPR
- Heimlich manuever
- drowning
- warning signs of a heart attack/stroke
- disease prevention when administering CPR
The price for adults is $50, children 10-17 only $30 and includes a booklet and certification card. To schedule a class, please call 619-445-4569.
