April 21, 2022 (Santa Ysabel) - April is National Kite Flying Month and the Iipay Nation presents the Soaring Spirits Kite Festival this Saturday, April 23.

Registration begins at 10 a.m.  The event will be held at Schoolhouse Canyon Road and Highway 79 north of Mission Santa Ysabel.
