September 15, 2016 (San Francisco) - After the Padres rallied in the ninth and Ryan Schimpf hit a game-winning three-run homer, they got right back up and tried to do it again.  It would be a lot tougher this time with Madison Bumgarner on the mound against Luis Perdomo.

The Padres got started early again.  Yangervis Solarte hit a sac groundout in the first to score Luis Sardinas and the Padres took a 1-0 lead.

But like last night, the Giants came back.  Joe Panik singled in the second to score Brandon Crawford to tie the game at one.

But the Padres got it back on Alex Dickerson’s single in the sixth to score Sardinas and the score was 2-1 Friars.

Sardinas was at it again in the seventh, singling to score Adam Rosales to give the Padres a 3-1.  They'd carry that till the end to sweep the Giants in three games.

The Padres will take on the Rockies again, this time in Denver.  Game one is Friday at 5:40 p.m.
