October 10, 2018 (El Cajon) -- Families are invited to bring their little ones -- ages 14 and younger -- dressed up in their funniest, silliest or scariest outfits to trick-or-treat inside Parkway Plaza shopping mall on October 31st, Halloween night from 5-7 p.m. for a “Spooktacular” Halloween bash. In this safe indoor environment, participating retailers will pass out candy, as long as supplies last.
