June 18, 2012 (El Cajon) -- Grossmont College women’s basketball coach Karen Caires will host a summer basketball camp for boys and girls, grades 1 through 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 25 to 28, at the Grossmont College gymnasium. Coach Caires’ camp, called C.A.M.P (Caring About Motivating People), is designed to teach the game of basketball to today’s youth, as well as incorporate valuable life skills, including hard work, determination, attitude and a passion to achieve.
Cost to attend is $150 per camper, which includes a t-shirt, contest prizes and giveaways. Hoop players should bring their own lunch and water bottle.
