June 3, 2011 (La Mesa)-- Each June the East County Chamber takes great pride in organizing and hosting East County's largest Health Fair. Summer Healthcare Saturday. now in it's 9th year, the fair has grown to become a fixture in East County. It also provides a whole host of crucial health related screenings and testings for free to East County residents. Mark your calendars for Saturday June 11th and consider participating in this informative and important East County event.

 

 

If you're in the healthcare field and want to participate, reserve your booth today for Summer Health Care Saturday. Join other healthcare professionals, and East County residents at Grossmont Shopping Center on Saturday June 11, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Exhibitors will receive a custom booth, signage, and access to hundreds of East County residents at one of East County's largest shopping venues for a full day Health Fair that exposes their business and services, as well as provides residents
with free testings and information crucial to our healths.

Organizers expect more than 75 exhibit booths will feature health screenings for stroke, blood pressure and blood glucose/diabetes, as well as the latest information on health-related techniques and products. Information also will be available about senior housing and home care services, hospice, home safety, fitness centers, health insurance, herbal supplements, medical supplies and volunteer opportunities. Additional information will be available about Alzheimer’s disease, chiropractic, dentistry and eye surgery. The San Diego Blood Bank also will accept blood donations at the health fair.
