FIRE IT UP SAFELY: BEFORE GRILLING THIS SUMMER, CHECK THESE TIPS FROM THE CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION

 

May 26, 2011 (Washington D.C.) - Summer officially kicks off this weekend and millions of Americans will celebrate with a cookout. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) urges consumers to check their grills and "fire it up safely" to prevent fires and carbon monoxide poisoning--and also make sure your grill hasn't been recalled.

Master Burner Gas Grills Sold at Lowe’s Stores

 

February 13, 2010 (Washington D.C.) The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the Sagittarius Sporting Goods of China, recently announced a voluntary recall of Master Forge five-burner gas grills. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately and contact the manufacturer for a free repair kit.
