SAN DIEGO COUNTY MATHNASIUM CENTERS TO ‘SHARE THE LOVE’ FOR EDUCATION AND MILITARY FAMILIES: DONATE SCHOOL SUPPLIES IN FEB.

February 5, 2019 (San Diego) -- During the month of love, staff at select Mathnasium of San Diego County locations will lead a community initiative to “Share the Love” for education. The community is encouraged to stop by their neighborhood Mathnasium Learning Center locations, including several in East County, from Feb. 1-28 to donate school supply items for families served by the Armed Services YMCA in San Diego and Camp Pendleton.

EL CAJON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL NEEDS SUPPLIES

 November 20, 2011 (El Cajon) -- Volunteers at the El Cajon Valley High School Parent, Teachers and Students Association are hosting a school supply drive on Tuesday, November 29 at 7am-9am and again at 6pm-8pm. Community members are asked to add ECVHS to your holiday shopping list.  Below is a sampling of items that classrooms need.

LAKESIDE CHRISTIAN HELP CENTER PASSES OUT BACKPACKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES

 


 
August 20, 2011 (Lakeside) -- The Lakeside Christian Help Center has passed out brand new backpacks and school supplies to over 300 Lakeside students.  Children in local schools also received new socks and underwear.
 
“Local supporters and about 20 volunteers made this year's event amazing for the children!,” said Sherri Hurst, a community volunteer.
