October 13, 2019 (San Diego) - SDSU kicked off their fifth game of the season against the Wyoming Cowboys at SDCCU stadium. Ryan Agnew had a career-high passing yardage of 209 with two passing touchdowns. 
 
The Aztecs started slow and were down 14-3 in the first half. SDSU rallied behind Ryan Agnew, who passed to Daniel Bellinger for the game-winning touchdown with 2:09 left in the fourth quarter. Running back Juwan Washington ran for 100 yards and had both a receiving and rushing touchdown.

SDSU had the best time in five of the six swimming events and swept the one-meter diving competition. The Aztecs improved to 5-0 in dual meets on the year.
