March 18, 2017 (Bakersfield) - No. 12 San Diego State completed a four-game-in-three-day stretch on Saturday by splitting two games at the Roadrunner Invitational in Bakersfield. The Aztecs defeated Cal State East Bay, 15-4, before falling to No. 11 Princeton, 5-4. The two decisions put SDSU’s record for the season at 11-9.

March 16, 2017 (San Diego) - No. 12 San Diego State got a late defensive stop to put it in position to tie the game, but ultimately fell to fifth-ranked UC Irvine, 9-7, Thursday afternoon at Aztec Aquaplex. The loss snapped SDSU’s four-game winning streak and dropped it to 9-8 on the year.

March 12, 2017 (San Diego) - Hannah Carrillo scored from the left side with 2:04 left in the first sudden-victory period to lift 17^th-ranked San Diego State past No. 13 Indiana, 9-8, Sunday afternoon at Aztec Aquaplex. With their second upset in two days, SDSU improved to 8-7 on the year.

February 25, 2017 (Newport Beach, Calif.) - No. 12 San Diego State earned a 10-8 victory on Saturday afternoon vs. 20^th-ranked Loyola Marymount at the Barbara Kalbus Invitational in Newport Beach. The Aztecs improved to 5-6 on the season with one game left in the tournament to be played on Sunday.

February 24, 2017 (Irvine) - The 12^th-ranked San Diego State water polo team dropped a tough 14-10 decision at No. 6 UC Irvine on Friday afternoon in the first game of the Barbara Kalbus Invitational. The loss puts the Aztecs’ record at 4-5 on the season.

The Aztecs fell in their morning game vs. T-No. 9 UC Santa Barbara, 9-6, before rebounding to defeat T-No. 9 UC San Diego, 5-4. The outcomes put SDSU’s record at 4-4 on the season.

December 15, 2016 (San Diego) - San Diego State Women’s Water Polo released its 2017 schedule on Thursday, which will commence with the annual alumni game on Saturday, Jan. 21, at Aztec Aquaplex.

The Aztecs immediately take to the road to compete at the ASU Tournament in Tempe, Arizona, where they will face-off against both Arizona State and Wagner on Jan. 28. The team will then make its way to Los Angeles for a game against the defending NCAA champions, USC, on Feb. 3.
