August 30, 2012 (Lakeside) -- Authorities have recovered the body of Milt Eisen, 41, who drowned August 26 in the El Capitan Reservoir.
Eisen, manager of the El Cajon Kia dealership, reportedly jumped from a boat into El Capitan reservoir to cool off but was unable to make his way back to the boat. Divers searched the 197-foot-deep for multiple days in conjunction with several agencies.
Eisen was with a woman and a two-year-old child, Fox News reported.
According to San Diego Lifeguard Lt. Nick Lerma, the boat drifted away in a strong current and the man was unable to swim back.
The woman told authorities she could hear him shouting but could not see him due to glare on the water, UT San Diego reported. Her efforts to throw a rope to him were also unsuccessful.

May Milt Eisen rest in peace.
Always wear a lifejacket
"Your boat, your responsibility"
Swimming is NOT allowed. Water "contact" is allowed if you are tubing, skiing, or wakeboarding. If you get in the water, you should already have a LIFEJACKET on.
If he jumped in to pee, he should have waited to use one of the many porta potties around the lake or one one the restrooms located in the parking lot or at the dock.
If he jumped in to cool off, he should have been wearing a life jacket, and thrown his anchor.
I repeat....ALWAYS WEAR A LIFE JACKET
better to look "geeky" and still be alive!
They resumed the search at sunrise, and still no sign of this person..RIP
