Historic Homes

I was shopping for a place to live and found a place in La Mesa that suited my needs. Price, location, size, etc. It was a designated historic house . It was also in need of repairs and the La Mesa Historical people banned the minor improvements needed to make the place livable . It needed paint and  bathroom improvements. The bathroom had only an old tub, no shower and the sink backed up every day, worms were in the  sink .
