CRISIS HOUSE PRESENTS EAST COUNTY HOMELESS CONNECT MAY 30

May 25, 2012 (El Cajon) -- Crisis House will present East County Homeless Connect, at Christ Church Unity, 311 Highland Avenue, El Cajon from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday May 30. The event will be featuring more than 20 providers of homeless services to East County homeless individuals and families.

 

Crisis House will be bringing The East County Homeless Connect to El Cajon for the second year. There will be representatives from over 20 social service agencies including the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, County of San Diego Housing and Community Development, County of SD Health and Human Services , US Department of Veteran Affairs and numerous agencies providing information and referral services on a wide variety of  services needed by the East County homeless population.     

 
In addition, we will be providing food packages, clothing, pet care, personal hygiene kits, spiritual counseling (if requested), and medical services.  
 
Crisis House is a full service social service agency serving the needs of the East County homeless and low income populations for over 30 years.
