December 18, 2014 (San Diego) – State Senator Ben Hueso has accepted a plea deal from prosecutors in Sacramento County.  Hueso, a Democratic legislator from San Diego, was originally charged with drunk driving but pled guilty to a lesser charge of reckless driving involving alcohol.
