DEERHORN VALLEY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION HOLDS FIRST ANNUAL TRUNK OR TREAT OCT. 30

By Mayan Avitable

October 25, 2011 (Deerhorn Valley)--The Deerhorn Valley Community Association will hold its first annual Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 30th from 4-7 p.m. at the site of the  Old Deerhorn Lodge  at Elena Lane and Deerhorn Valley Road. (Look for signs.)

Because homes in rural areas are far apart for kids to go trick-or-treating,  the Association’s Trunk or Treat event will allow costumed kids to go from car to car instead of house to house. Community members will park in lined-out spaces so the kids can fill their Halloween bags from the trunk of each car.
