April 19, 2016 (El Cajon) - Sycuan Casino recently announced an exciting new level of partnership with the San Diego Padres. Coinciding with their home opener, the casino rolled out a Padres version of its Club Sycuan membership card, a first of its kind program for Major League Baseball. April 10, 2016 (Denver) - It was a beautiful sunny Sunday in the Mile High City and Coloradans and San Diegans watching at home were treated to a nice, leisurely game of baseball.  Even though the Padres lost, the series finale between the Padres and Rockies was a lot more calm than the last two games of the series.  My typing hands are grateful.

April 9, 2016 (Denver) - Even if you don’t watch baseball, you should know how these work by now based on these recaps.  The Padres took the field at Coors for game two of their three-game series with the Colorado Rockies.  Drew Pomeranz took the mound for San Diego against Jorge “Rubby” De La Rosa for Colorado.

April 4, 2016 (San Diego) - The grass was mowed.  Fans filled the seats.  Opening Day had arrived in San Diego.  And it was a big one; the NL West rival Los Angeles Dodgers came to town and they brought their ace, Clayton Kershaw, to face off against the Padres’ Tyson Ross.

March 23, 2016 (San Diego) - It was another sellout crowd at Viejas Arena as the Aztecs took on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in the National Invitation Tournament quarterfinal.  The winner gets a chance to go to the semifinals in New York City and take on George Washington University.
