February 10, 2024 (San Jose) - The Aztec women’s basketball team (16-9, 7-5) beat San Jose State (6-17, 1-10) 63-62 on the road Saturday afternoon. SDSU trailed by as much as 12 points in the first half but forced 25 turnovers and Jada Lewis scored the game-winner with eight seconds left to give the Aztecs their fifth win in the last six games.

February 8, 2024 (San Diego) - No. 24 ranked San Diego State softball was shutout, 3-0, by No. 3 Stanford in the season opener on Thursday night. The Aztec offense only recorded one hit against the reigning National Freshman of the Year, NiJaree Canady.

February 3, 2024 (Tucson) - A day after the San Diego State women’s tennis team was rained out against Arizona at Robson Tennis Center in Tucson, Arizona, it was able to complete its match against Maryland at the same venue. San Diego State remained unable to win the doubles point but continued its singles dominance in a 4-2 win on Saturday. The Aztecs are 13-3 in singles play over their three-match winning streak.

February 3, 2024 (Albuquerque) - San Diego State track and field finished their third indoor meet of the season competing in day two of the New Mexico Collegiate Classic on Saturday. Hannah Waller and Xiamara Young both had big days, qualifying for the finals in the 60m dash and triple jump, respectively.

February 2, 2024 (La Jolla) - San Diego State sophomore attacker Claudia Valdes picked up her third consecutive game with a hat-trick, four goals Friday afternoon against No. 4-ranked Hawai’i, but the Rainbow Wahine put up 21 goals and defeated No. 22-ranked Aztec water polo team 21-7 at Coogan Pool at La Jolla High School on the first day of the 2024 Triton Invitational.

January 30, 2024 (San Diego) - The San Diego State women’s tennis team played at the Aztec Tennis Center for the first time in 2024 on Tuesday afternoon, when it hosted UC San Diego. After dropping the doubles point, the Aztecs won five of six singles matches, all in straight sets, en route to a 5-2 victory.
