FBI INVESTIGATES ST. PATRICK'S DAY ROBBERY IN POWAY

March 18, 2021 (Poway) -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) San Diego Violent Crimes Task Force and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect believed to be responsible for a bank robbery in Poway.

On March 17 at approximately 4:15 p.m., a Black man believed to be in his mid-20s entered the Wells Fargo Bank  at 10675 Scripps Poway Parkway. He was wearing a green sweatshirt and a black “beanie type” hat on his head, with the hood of the sweatshirt pulled up.  He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall.

The robber presented a message to the teller demanding money from the bank.  After receiving a sum of cash, he fled on foot.  

The robber’s lower face was covered by a light blue paper COVID-19 face mask.

PAIR WANTED FOR ROBBING CITI BANK IN EL CAJON

January 14, 2020 (El Cajon) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeks public help to locate two men responsible for robbing the Citi Bank at 402 Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon on December 27th at 1:20 p.m.
 
According to special agent Davene Butler, one of the men approached a teller and made a verbal demand for money.  He was described as white, in his late 40s to 50s, approximately 5'9” tall, slender build, with dark (possibly dyed) hair and a dark handlebar mustache. This robber was wearing reading glasses, a camouflaged colored baseball cap, a long sleeve blue shirt with a short sleeve red shirt over top, and boots. 
 
The second robber stayed in the lobby of the bank.  Witnesses described the second man as a Caucasian male, in his late 30s, approximately 5'10"tall, with a slender build and was wearing a navy blue baseball cap with a San Diego Chargers logo, a dark colored zip-up jacket, jeans, and sunglasses.

FBI AND SAN DIEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEK PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFY CHASE BANK ROBBER IN COLLEGE AREA

 

September 26, 2013 (San Diego) -- The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown man responsible for robbing the Chase Bank, 4627 College Avenue, San Diego, on Wednesday, September 25,

The robber entered the bank around 5:42 p.m. and presented the teller with a demand note.  After receiving an undisclosed sum of money, he walked out.

Witnesses describe the robber as Hispanic, approximately 30 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall with a medium build.  He had a mustache and wore a dark jacket, dark baseball cap, sunglasses and light-colored shoes.

FBI AND EL CAJON POLICE SEEK PUBLIC HELP TO IDENTIFY U.S. BANK ROBBER

November 3, 2012 (La Mesa)--The FBI and El Cajon Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the US Bank, 490 Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon.  On Friday, October 26, 2012, at approximately 2:29 p.m., an unknown male using a demand note robbed the US Bank, located at 490 Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon, California.  After receiving a sum of money from the victim teller, the robber exited the bank and was last seen leaving as a passenger in a silver or gray Cadillac.

WANTED: SPRING VALLEY BANK ROBBER

February 26, 2012 (Spring Valley) -- Detectives from the Lemon Grove Station want your help in identifying a woman wanted in connection with a bank robbery in Spring Valley. The suspect walked into a Bank of America inside an Albertson's grocery store in the 500 block of Sweetwater Road on Tuesday, February 21st. She handed a demand note to the teller then lifted her shirt to show a gun on her waist. She then walked out of the store. No one was hurt.
