Lakeside, Fallbrook, Spring Valley Community Centers Promote Fun Heart Health Feb. 29
 
February 21, 2012 (San Diego East County) -- Leap year presents us with an extra day this February — which is also American Heart Month. In celebration, the San Diego County Department of Parks and Recreation is inviting people to do some literal leaping on Feb. 29 with free exercise classes at its three community centers.

Choose from Zumba, Boot Camp, Fitness Fusion or Fitness Yoga. Take the free day to try a fun class — it might just inspire you to return often and keep your heart healthy for many leap years to come.

SPRING RECREATION CLASSES – CITY OF LA MESA

 
January 28, 2012 (La Mesa) -- La Mesa La Mesa Community Services is enrolling now for their popular classes that begin the week of February 6th. La Mesa Community Services Recreational Program was honored as 2010 Best of East County, by the 2010 East County Californian Readers Poll.

PASSPORT TO PARNA

 

July 5, 2011 (San Diego) -- Introducing Passport to Prana,  a new yoga business that just launched in San Diego that lets residents dictate when, where, and how they’ll take their yoga classes for a fraction of the price.   

 

There are 19 studios throughout the San Diego. Yoga enthusiasts with a Passport to Prana can may attend any of the studios, or all of them. There are no drop-in fees or long term contracts. Members completely customize their yoga experience...from schedule to area of interest to neighborhood to fitness level.
