August 16, 2018 (San Diego) - San Diego State women’s tennis head coach Peter Mattera revealed his team’s schedule for the 2018-19 season, which begins with three fall tournaments before regular season dual play kicks off in January 2019. The Aztecs will also be hosting the Mountain West Women’s Tennis Championships in late April 2019.

February 17, 2018 (San Diego) - The San Diego State women’s tennis team started its day off strong claiming the doubles point but ultimately lost speed in singles against USC, falling 5-2. Today’s loss is the third straight for the Aztecs.

SDSU nabbed a win in the first of its current six-match home stand by claiming the doubles point and singles victories on courts one, three and six.

The Aztecs were edged out of the doubles point and could not put together enough singles victories to overcome the ranked Golden Bears.
